I love it so much that I decided to start Instant Office Assistant to help small and medium size companies solve puzzles in their business, sometimes puzzles they don’t even know exist. I will help to identify, and then fit together, the pieces of your puzzle. Your time is valuable. You know it and I know it. With the skillset I have acquired through my experience, I can take all of those back-breaking, non-profitable tasks out of your hands and allow you the time to do the things that will drive your company's profitability. No matter how clichéd it is, TIME IS MONEY. Now don’t get me wrong; I don’t want to be another employee for you. I want to become your go-to person for anything and everything. I want to handle all of those tasks that you dread but know need to be done. I believe in partnerships, and if you give me the opportunity, I will put every effort into completing your tasks as though my own business depended on it. Which of course, it does. One thing that I have come to realize is that business is never as easy as 9-5. I work the hours that you need me to work, without any constraints. I can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will make every effort to assist you with whatever is needed with prompt attention. Hi! My name is Pat Zappavigna and I want to tell you a little about myself. Before starting Instant Office Assistant, I worked for over 15 years supporting executive professionals in two Fortune 500 companies. I “assisted” (guided is more like it) these individuals in areas too numerous to mention, but chief among them were general administrative, sales and marketing, human resources, office management, database creation / management and budgeting. A strange thing happened while I was teaching those around me the proper way to get things done: I learned how to make sure that every “I” was dotted and every “T” crossed. I also learned that every piece of the puzzle is important, and I love solving puzzles.
